The Aerospace Medical Association Scientific Meeting (AsMA) is a vehicle to augment international visibility for our affiliated organizations, most commonly through award sponsorship, reception hosting, advertising in our Program Issue of Aerospace Medicine and Human Performance, and exhibiting. Additionally, members discuss issues for advocacy and action at the Corporate & Sustaining Affiliate (CSA) business meeting, recruit talented members and students, avail themselves of educational credentialing activities, network with aerospace professionals, present notable research findings, and in general, distinguish themselves as leaders through officer position within CSA. The meeting attracts international contributions and participation from the industry, making this May event a vital global aerospace marketplace for our affiliated organizations and businesses.

CSA is active throughout the year with activities designed to optimize the benefits of affiliation for member organizations and to support the Association. To gain an understanding of these venues and opportunities for leadership and involvement, your organization may request to attend our Forum. The Corporate Forum is a program of presentations by CSA and AsMA leaders that explain the benefits of affiliation with the Aerospace Medical Association. Fortified member services, improved exhibiting environments, new opportunities for research sponsorship, and philanthropic initiatives are just a few of the features highlighted during this gathering. The program includes individualized sessions with organization representatives to help develop plans to support appropriate mutual goals through involvement in CSA and Association activities. Additionally, it is a unique opportunity to meet Association leaders, dedicated to the success of organizations in the aerospace marketplace. Scientific Meeting and Exhibits

The CSA Business Meeting & Luncheon is a time for corporate members to gather and celebrate the events of the year. The Business Meeting over lunch is typically scheduled for Monday at noon during the Annual Scientific Meeting and will review the Affiliates’ accomplishments, announce officer elections results, and features the Speakers Bureau. This event highlight will include a panel of airline medical industry leaders, discussing the challenges of our new economy for corporate structure, operations, service, human resources, and the implementation of standard aeromedical practices.
