Congratulations! You have chosen to affiliate your organization with the international leader in aerospace medicine and related sciences, the Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA). Once your membership is approved, you will be contacted by an Association member to assess your needs and integrate you into the structure of the Corporate Forum.

Please, complete the fields below for yourself, an Alternate Representative from your organization, and a Billing Contact.

As Primary Representative, you are granted Aerospace Medical Association membership privileges for one year, including the ability to enjoy listed benefits of affiliation, discounts for advertising in our publications and exhibiting at our annual scientific meeting, one voting seat at the annual assembly of the Corporate Forum, and the Association’s periodical Aerospace Medicine and Human Performance. You will serve as the primary liaison for your company with the Association, assisting us in optimizing the benefits of affiliation for your organization through involvement in Forum programs. In this role, you should anticipate providing all contact information for your organization annually, as well as an Alternate Representative, and a Billing Contact from your organization.

Your organization’s Alternate Representative serves to bridge communication in case of mergers, reorganizations, etc. This designate should be someone within your organization that possesses comprehensive understanding of the manner in which your organization plans to avail itself of the benefits of affiliation with AsMA. Some choose this designate from different departments to broaden awareness of these benefits, while others use their direct reports, anticipating their promotion to facilitate continuity. You will need to determine the best selection strategy for your organization. The Alternate Representative may attend all Forum functions with you or in your place, and may vote at Forum meetings in your place.

Your designated Billing Contact will be sent correspondence regarding your active status and for annual dues renewal.
