2012 AsHFA Awards
The Aerospace Human Factors Association (AsHFA) held their luncheon and meeting on Monday, May 14, 2012, at the Aerospace Medical Association's Annual Meeting in Atlanta, GA. At the meeting, they gave out their awards.
AsHFA Fellows 2012

2012 Student Award

The winners of the student award were Daniel Park, Hirsh Patel, and Brian Lee. Their advisor, Dr. Melissa Kinard, stands on the right. The students won the award for their project entitled “The Effect of Propeller Diameter on Torque Reaction.”

Maj. Tom Dubhe, pictured above right, was the winner of the Roscoe Award for his paper “A novel malware target recognition architecture for enhanced cyberspace situation awareness.” He was presented with the award by the AFIT Chancellor, Dr. Todd Stewart, Maj. Gen. (Ret.), in July at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Wright-Patterson AFB. |
