The AsMA disclaims any liability to any party for the accuracy, completeness or availability of any AsMA content or other material or for any damages arising out of the use or nonuse of any AsMA content.

The AsMA is pleased to grant permission to use or reproduce copyrighted material in accordance with our current guidelines. In some cases, fees are applicable. This page describes our guidelines and the process for requesting permission.

Reprints: Reprints are $20/article for non-members. If you are a student or journalist, please contact Rachel Trigg; (703) 739-2240, ext. 102. Members of AsMA, please log onto the Members Only page to access the Archives Online (New Feature!) and the journal.

Individual Reprints:

If you are seeking articles from before 2003, these are now available through Mira Digital Publishing as Archives Online (New Feature!). If you are seeking articles from 2003 onwards, these are available through our online journal. If you are a member and need five or more articles or are a non-member who needs 15 or more articles, you may want to buy the Archival DVD.

Students/journalists receive reprints at no charge. However, students or student research teams are limited to up to five individual reprints. Beyond that, they must pay the applicable fee for each article. Please contact Rachel Trigg to request reprints.

Author Reprints:

Authors who wish to order copies of their articles should use the form provided with their proofs. If you do not have a copy of the form, you may click here for a pdf version with instructions. Alternatively, authors may contact Rachel Trigg for a copy of the form and instructions.
